That’s where Hops & Stops comes in.

We’re building a nationwide craft brewery directory that makes it easier to discover great beer, explore local taprooms, and find your next favorite place to grab a pint.

Whether you’re exploring your hometown, planning a weekend getaway, or wondering where to find a good IPA in a city you’ve never visited, we’re here to make the search a whole lot easier.

Research for Hops & Stops is tough work. That’s me at Stone Brewing in Liberty Station, San Diego, tackling two entire craft beer tasting flights myself. Somebody had to do it.

Meet Jeff, the Founder

I’m a craft beer fan who believes discovering a great local brewery should be half the fun. Hops & Stops is my way of making that easier, whether you’re exploring your hometown or traveling somewhere new.

And yes, I’m always happy to do a little field research.

Not every brewery is the same. Some have massive outdoor beer gardens. Others specialize in experimental sours, barrel-aged stouts, or the kind of hazy IPAs that have developed their own fan clubs.

And sometimes you just want somewhere with good beer, decent food, and a patio where your dog is welcome.

We’re organizing breweries across the country with useful details, location-based guides, maps, and filters to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

No endless scrolling through irrelevant businesses. No guessing whether a place is actually a brewery.
